Privacy Policy

This page sets out what Broadband Trader collects when you request quotes, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

What we hold and why

Broadband Trader is the sole owner of the information gathered through this site. We collect what you enter on our request forms, and we use it for one purpose: to fulfil the request you submitted and to support you through it. We do not sell, rent, or trade that information, and we do not disclose it in any way beyond what this page describes.

Quote requests

Passing your request to carriers

Our forms ask for contact and location details because a carrier cannot price a circuit without them. That information goes to the providers able to serve the address you gave us, so they can prepare an offer, and to us so we can follow up on the status of your request. It is not used for anything else.

Email

What we will send you

We do not send unsolicited email. After you submit a request we will contact you to confirm it and to keep you updated while carriers respond. If you would rather not receive promotional messages, tell your account executive and we will stop sending them.

Security

How your information is protected

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we hold, both online and offline, and use industry-standard encryption in transit. If you have a question about any of the above, send it through the contact form and we will answer it.
